Chargeflow, Shopify, and TripleWhale hosted an epic event at Shopify’s Soho offices on July 23rd that focused on leveraging data to drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) business success. At the event, we previewed our new Insights Dashboard, designed to centralize and organize chargeback data from multiple processors into one accessible platform. Today, we are excited to officially unveil Chargeflow Insights, introduced as a free-for-life product as part of our commitment to democratizing knowledge!

An Evening of Insightful Presentations and Networking

The event began with a dynamic networking session where merchants, industry experts exchanged valuable insights. The air was charged with anticipation as attendees prepared for the unveiling of Chargeflow’s latest release: Chargeflow Insights.

Dror Gazit, our Head of Customer Success ,  took the stage with his opening remarks that set the mood for the evening. He highlighted data as the most important driver for eCommerce success. “We need data that should be available at every decision point towards overall chargeback management,” he said during his presentation. He made these observations during his speech while using examples that left no one in doubt as to why data is key for driving better business performance.

Maya Eshkol, our Product Manager, followed Dror with an equally powerful message. She emphasized how when it comes to business, knowledge is power, especially when it comes to chargebacks. She demonstrated how Chargeflow Insights centralizes and organizes chargeback data from multiple processors into one accessible platform. Being able to effectively visualize this data, allows merchants to make informed decisions about their overall business operations processes. Maya showcased the dashboard’s user-friendly design, giving you a visual display simplifying complex information, making it easy for anyone to understand and act on their chargeback data.
